Kids Yoga

Designed for kids aged between 5 yrs – 12 yrs. The session begins with a general chat about values and the importance of gratitude and looks at current areas of stress. This is followed by pranayama (breathing exercise), sun salutations, yoga games and finishes with 5 min savasana (relaxation).

It’s a great way for kids to relax, work on flexibility, learn skills to help them maintain inner calm, confidence, balance and a strong core centre.

Young Adult Yoga

This yoga is directed at teenagers between the ages 13-17 yrs. The practice provides the tools and skills to deal with the stresses of modern life, school pressures including achievements, bullying and the importance of friendships. Young adults have to navigate their way around many obstacles at this time of their lives. Yoga gives them the opportunity to connect to their true self and build their inner strength to become more resilient individuals.
